Do I need a training partner to follow the Blast Your Bench program?






It is possible to workout alone and still make great gains with the Blast Your Bench program. But you will need to use some sort of self spotting device, such as a power rack that will prevent you from getting pinned down by the barbell if you fail to lift it. Another alternative would be to follow the program using a smith machine instead of free weights.
